Your claim ID appears here

After you send the claim you'll get a Claim ID here. Save it: you'll use it with your email to track your gift card.

Stay safe I'll never ask for passwords, card numbers, bank logins or one-time codes, and you never pay me anything. If someone asks, it isn't me.

Most answers are quicker with Track my claim: enter your Claim ID and email to see exactly where your gift card is.

Company bonuses (the part LemFi, Chase and others pay you) come from the company, so their support team handles those. I can still help check your sign-up.

    Questions

When do I get my gift card?

Within 24 hours of my referral reward posting. Money transfer apps usually post it a day or two after your first qualifying transfer. Card issuers can take a few weeks after approval.

Which gift cards can I pick?

Amazon, Target, Walmart or Starbucks, or name another one you'd like. Gift cards start at $5 and arrive as an eGift card at the email you enter. If the card you pick isn't sold as an eGift card for your amount (Costco, for example, starts at $25), I'll check with you first or send Amazon.

What if the reward never posts?

Then there's nothing to share, and your claim will show "Not eligible". It usually means the code wasn't used at sign-up, the minimum wasn't met, or you already had an account.

    Will you ask for proof?

Sometimes. Before sending a gift card I match your name with the company's referral records. For card offers I may ask for a screenshot of your approval email with personal details hidden. I never need passwords, card numbers or login codes.

Can I use more than one offer?

Yes. Send a separate claim for each offer you complete.

Why do some offers show "Full"?

Companies cap how many referral bonuses I can earn (for example, Capital One allows 4 a year and Amex 5), and I set a monthly budget for the others. When an offer is full, new sign-ups won't get a gift card until it reopens on the date shown. If you signed up before it filled, use Report an issue.

    How do I contact you?

Use Report an issue below the tracking section. You get a ticket number right away. Enter it with your email under Track to see my reply.

What do you do with my details?

Your name, email and claim are saved in my private claims sheet and used only to match your sign-up and send your gift card. I don't share them or send marketing.
